This task provides the ability to assign and manage Job Families. Job Families provides the functionality to group Jobs/Roles. You will then be able to select Job Families in the Analytics in order to refine searches based on them.
e.g. You may have a set of very similar Jobs defined with slightly different skills or skill attributes. These can then be grouped under a Job Family.

Family | The name of Job/Role Family that has been defined | ||

Add a New Job/Role Family
Input a name for the Job Family
Press the Add button
This will add the Job Family name to the table
Delete a Job Family:
Press the Delete Job Family button

Add a Job:
In the Jobs Column select the name of the JOb/Role you wish to add from the drop-down list:

Remove a Job:
Press the Trash symbol for the Job/Role you wish to remove
