Multi Provider Tenancy Administration It is possible to provide someone who already has Administration access to alternative provider tenancies, access to this tenancy. Some reasons for that could be:
This means they can use their same Login ID (Email) & Credentials to access more than one provider tenancy. You will still need to ensure you provide them with the correct style of access within this tenancy as per the Add Administrator steps below. |
Administrator Access
Administrator person records are connected to the Tenancy, and are separate to the Individuals captured for Surveys etc. Therefore if the person setup as an Administrator is to be completing self-assessments and managing their Skill Profile, then will also need to be captured as an individual via the standard Workspace interfaces.

Tenancy selection
Administrators of multi tenancies may first need to select the provider tenancy they wish to work in after login:
