In Job/Role Management use the Upload Jobs functionality using the file you have downloaded and saved. Select the file then use the Perform to upload the new job Marketer into the workspace. (Note: it takes a while for the import to complete).

Bridgette feels that she is wasted as a Network Analyst. This is because she has a bachelor degree in Digital Marketing. It is also a role she has enjoyed doing previously BUT not something she is able to use in her current role.
She has a desire to get involved in Marketing once again.
Bridgette notices that a new Marketer position has recently been defined and decides to set that as her Future job
Based on her Profile matching:
She actually has all the required Marketing skills, although currently set as Knowledge, so she will need to get back up to date with those
