      • 2 people have been provided with an Endorsed Profile as well as a Self-assessed profile. (some based on the outlier analysis).

  • All the people loaded into your system for EB Services are defined with a unique email address with the following format:

    • x.surname@skillogger.com where x=1st character of FirstName and surname=LastName

    • Example: r.leadbetter@skillogger.com

  • The Planner passwords for all the people are set to: Skillstxdem0$

  • Candidates and Contractors and the Sponsor are specified in the Other field

  • The 10 New Starters have been assigned to the People and Culture Team, and most of their details are set to TBA

  • Everyone with a Profile has their Current Job assigned to them, and many have a Future job assigned as well

You will be able to log into ANY of the Planner sessions for the people with a Profile, (or Surveys of the 10 without profiles yet) using the email address & password combination described above.

  • Everyone except the New Starters have a Planner Profile

  • Many have more than 1 version of their Self-Assessed & Endorsed (if it exists) Profiles

  • Everyone has Core Competency skills selected

  • Many people selected skills attributes to their skills

  • A number of the Jobs also have Attributes selected

  • Most people have started to produce an Action Plan

  • People assigned as Team Leaders and Line Managers in the organizational structure have access to the Planner Profiles and Development plans of the people that report to them

  • Team Leaders & Managers can approve Skill Profiles
