Problem

Doing a Job/Role bulk upload resulted in none of the jobs in the upload file being uploaded and no indication of errors. This outcome is usually the result of:

  1. One or more of the compulsory parameters from columns 1-4 not being populated, or having invalid values.

  2. The LoR or skill codes that have been in included are either incorrect, misspelled or not an official code for the SFIA version under which the workspace was setup.

Solution

  1. Check to ensure that the first 4 columns for each row have valid values.

  2. Check and ensure that any LoR or Skill codes included in the LoR, Required Skills or Desirable Skills are the official codes for the SFIA version.

The Activity Log from the Admin Login Home page can be checked. An UpsertJobs Activity will not be recorded in the case of the file being rejected due to the issues described above.
