Personal Summary

1-2-3 Guidance

These are guidance action steps to assist your with your use of the Planner.

  • Hovering over each step will provide details of the step itself, as well as links for specific actions

  • Clicking on the step will proceed to the action explained in the hover-over

View/Change personal information

  • Select the View Details link

  • You can change your Image by selecting the Edit icon and selecting a new image file fro your device.

  • Use Edit Profile to make changes to your Personal Details.

  • Make the necessary changes and Press Save. Or Cancel if you do not wish to save the changes.

Requirement Progress

This shows the % matches of the Current/Future Job/Roles that are assigned to you vs your Self Assessed/Endorsed (If appropriate) Skills Profiles.

Depending on how your instance has been configured you can make changes to the assignments using the Assign button.


Assign Job/Roles

  • Select the Assign button

  • If the selection ability for either Current or Future is not available, then this indicates your organization has chosen NOT to allow you to select your own Job/Role, but will no doubt be selecting these on your behalf. This is most often the case for Current Job/Role only, to help ensure the current situation is standardized.

  • The Endorsed/Self Assessed columns indicate the % match for those Skills Profiles

  • You can use the Name (Search) option, to filter the available Jobs/Roles

  • Select the Job./Role you wish to assign to Current/Future as required

  • Press the Save Changes to save the new assignments
