When attempting to make a change to the workspace in the Administrators Console, the page refreshes and returns back to the Sign In (Login) Page. |
Solution
Log back into the system using either the SkillsTx Login or your usual Login method if you have Single-Sign-on capability.
You should now be able to continue with Administration activities.

The Administrators Console will timeout after 30minutes of inactivity. This is a best practice security feature. When attempting to update or access the Administrators console after the timeout, it will return to the Login Page. |
