Select Admin/Analytics
Show the Outlier Analysis analytics:
Kristel Esh has been highlighted as a possible issue with a larger profile than the average.
Willowdean Stam also has a high skill count, but he is actually still a Candidate for the CISO position, and so will be involved in an interview as a matter of course.
Possible Actions based on the fact Kristel’s Profile appears to need closer examination:
Select Admin/Manage Endorsements and Reports
Search “k.esh” to filter for Kristel
Select Edit to display Kristel’s Profile etc
It may require that a discussion is still required to reduce Kristel's skill selections
And possibly an updated Endorsement Profile for Kristel generated
This can then be Reviewed and Endorsed as required
Kristel may then want to replace her Current Self-Assessed Profile with her Endorsed one
