To access your SFIA Profile using the SkillsTX Planner Console:

  1. Ensure the following:

    • All your Self-assessment surveys must have a status of 100% complete.

    • You must have selected the Create Account link after completing your self-assessment surveys and the survey rating page.

    • You must have carried out your initial password reset in order to set up your personal credentials following receiving the Create Account Email.

    • Access the Planner Console login

  1. Checks before raising an Incident

    • Are able to connect to the internet via your network. (i.e. Ensure it is not a localised network or internet issue)?

    • Are using the correct Email address? (i.e. The exact same address as the one you used to set up your access credentials or most current if your email was changed by Admin. Note: Aliase email addresses will not work)

    • Are all the points shown in #1 above covered?

    • If you are using a Copy/Paste of either your Email or Password make sure you have not inadvertently included extra spaces or spurious hidden characters before or after what you believe you have copied.

    • Try using the

Reset
    • Forgot Password link on the Login screen to send yourself a Password Reset Email.

      • If you do not receive the password reset email then either:

        • You are attempting to use a different email address to the one you were set up with. Check your most recent email from donotreply@skillstx.com for the correct address or check with your

        • SkillsTX Admin or contact person.

        • Your access has been revoked for some reason. (e.g. You have left the

organisation
        • organization and you have been set as Inactive or the

organisation
        • organization has not renewed their

        • SkillsTX licenses).

  • Ensure your organisation has NOT inhibited Planner access for their employees for some reason. Check with the SkillsTx Administrator or your internal contact person.

      1. SkillsTX administrators of your Workspace to raise an Incident using the SkillsTX Service Desk

      2. If your are using our free Self-Assessment service, then raise an Unable to Log into Planner Console Incident using the SkillsTX Service Desk. (Look under Common Requests).
