- This was raised as an Enhancement Request by a Partner
The logic, flow and intuitiveness of assigning participants for self-assessment and sending email invitations has been enhanced to make it more intuitive.
Following the Process Assign action for one or more participants for self-assessment, the wording of the pop-up regarding the immediate sending of the survey invitations emails now reads:
Answering Yes to this pop-up will display the Process Invite table with the Participants that had been assigned Automatically selected for an email invitation.
(Previously the selections were not automated)
To proceed with sending the automatically selected invitations now only requires the Process Invite button to be selected.
Note: Any changes to the page, such as by changing the Search criteria, will deselect the automated selections and you will then need to select or re-select them manually. This is intentional to allow for the auto selection to be overridden and changes made to which participants are to be sent emails. e.g. To exclude or include previously assigned participants.

- This was raised as an Enhancement Request by a Customer
You can now customize the colour scheme for the Step (123) Panels that show in the Planner Skills Profile and Action Plan as required. This was requested by a customer in order to allow them to change it to match their corporate colours, and so they stood out more obviously.
Example:
From Manage Features/Settings the above is now displayed, and you can adapt both the panel and font colors by selecting the colour block, and then either using the slides to select the colour or by typing the HEX format of the colour.
The preview display of the selected colour scheme displays immediately
To make it permanent ensure you use the Save button at the end of the Manage Features/Settings page

Don’t forget you can also change the wording content and overhover-overs of the panels using Manage Page Labels. This functionality has always been available. |
