These new features and functionality were a specifically requested by our customersa Customer who especially carries out large scale bulk approvals, but also required improved functionality and communication.  We believe a number of our Customers will also benefit from these changes.

1. 🆕 📰 The ability to Postpone Approvals in lieu of either Skills changes or Extra Evidence has been added, and includes the ability for individuals to Re-Request approval afterwards.. This takes approvals and approval communication to the next level.

   • Why may you want to do this?

     • This represents a more realistic, practical and direct process for Approvals using the portal for communication between the Individual and the Approver.

2. 🆕 📰 Approval Requests by individuals, Approval Postponements and Approvals by Team Leaders, Line managers and Mentors now ALL require Comments to be included

   • Why?

     • To improve the communication channels

3. ​🛠️ Changes to Bulk Approvals. People given Admin access to Approve SelfAssessed page, now have the option to make use of the Individual Postponements & Approvals functionality, and in addition they will see a Skill Changes tab when reviewing the Individuals Info which is similar to the Team Analytics Skill Changes, but will only relate to the selected individual. Standard Bulk Approvals are still available. Admin Approvers will also be notified about Approval Requests and Re-Requests.

   • ​ Why?

     • Adds another dimension to Bulk Approval functionality.

4. 🆕 📰 Mentors can now be added as relationships directly via the Admin functionality Manage Relationships. Previously they were only able to be removed, as they were setup via the mentor Process.

   • Why?

     • To enhance the Approvals functionality to include Mentors, and to standardize the manage Relationships function.
