1. - This was raised as an Enhancement Request by a Partner

   • The logic, flow and intuitiveness of assigning participants for self-assessment and sending email invitations has been enhanced to make it more intuitive.

     • Following the Process Assign action for one or more participants for self-assessment, the wording of the pop-up regarding the immediate sending of the survey invitations emails now reads:

     • Answering Yes to this pop-up will display the Process Invite table with the Participants that had been assigned Automatically already selected for an email invitation.

       • (Previously the selections were not automated)

     • To proceed with sending the automatically selected invitations

       as already selected

       now only requires the Process Invite button to

       now

       be selected.

       • Note: Any changes to the page, such as by changing the Search criteria, will deselect the automated selections and you will then need to select or re-select them manually. This is intentional to allow for the auto selection to be overridden and changes made to which participants are to be sent emails. e.g. To exclude or include previously assigned participants.
