Requirements - Who can see options now able to be set via Import

  1. 🆕 📄 The Who Can can see option for Manage Requirements is now able to be set via an Import. This was previously only able to be set individually by changing the Requirement Info data manually. In addition:

    • Exports now al,so includes the Who Can See fields

    • Image RemovedImage Added
    • Upload template also now includes the Who Can See fieldincludes the Who can see column

Requirements - Improved table sorting

  1. 🆕 📄 The Manage Requirements table is now also able to be sorted on the following 2 columns:

    • Owner

    • Who can see

To Create a new version of your Skill profile from scratch:

  1. Use the new Create New Version button:

  2. It will open a blank Skill profile in edit mode, showing the full SFIA Framework

  3. You can then Edit the individual Generic Attributes and Professional skills to form a suitable Skill Profile that represents you competencies

  4. There are some rules to ensure your Profile follows some basic best practice guidelines:

    1. You must select a Level Of Responsibility (LoR) for each of the 5 Generic Attributes

    2. You must select at least 1 Professional skill

To return to a previous (older) version of your Skill Profile, and make it the current version

  1. Select the version of your Skill Profile you wish to return back to e.g.:

  2. A new button Make Latest will now appear (It only appears if you select a version prior to the current version):

  3. Select the Make Latest button

  4. You now have the option to Confirm you wish to continue by selecting OK

    1. This will make a copy of that version to a version number = Current Latest + 1

    2. And that will now be your current version

  5. Or you can Cancel if you do NOT wish to proceed
