Consultant on this level is comfortable with multiple cloud subject areas, able to execute project independently and provide guidance to his/her peers. Has substantial experience in the area and able to adapt to given restrictions and provide suggestions to project execution plan.

Consultant on this level considered as an expert in the area and can provide a guidance on and/or comfortable with designing and setting up an enterprise level cloud solutions within area of his expertise / specialty according to industry best practice.
Holds two or more specialty certifications (Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, Azure Database Administrator, Azure Data-scientist, etc.) or has industry recognized equivalent amount of knowledge and experience.
Comfortable working independently or leading large internal or external team.

Consultant on this level should be able to facilitate strategic and architectural conversations with a Customer, deeply understand Azure cloud product, its use cases, benefits and limitations. Able to guide internal and external teams on any Azure cloud related topic. Achieved wide industry recognition or holds Expert level of Certification (Azure Solution Architect Expert)
